Required Skills: Be able to contribute to development of new or improved products and machines as a manager, engineer, designer, or experimental mechanic.
Project Management: Engineering and business experience in managing projects from concept through design, prototype build, testing, manufacturing and customer support. Ability to plan and execute projects to meet all required objectives. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to work with project team members and client representatives.
Project Engineer: Experienced in design of products, machines or systems, including concept development, design leadership, planning and managing work to meet project schedule, costs, and technical objectives. An ability to plan projects and estimate costs and schedules. Have some competence in CAD, e.g. ProEngineer, SolidWorks, or AutoCad. Excellent communications skills, written and verbal, to work with project team members and client representatives.
Design Engineer: Experienced in the design of machine structures, mechanisms and controls. Must have some competence in CAD, e.g. ProEngineer, SolidWorks, or AutoCad. Good communication skills, written and verbal, to work with team members and client representatives. Must have some specific design skills, such as mechanical and structural assemblies, electrical systems and controls, embedded control systems, hydraulic system design and analysis.
Technician/Mechanic: Experienced in mechanical or electronic systems as needed to support product and machine development. This includes vehicles, special machines, instrumentation, and control systems.
