Background Reno worked at John Deere after getting his degree. He was a New Product Engineer and a project manager of the Advanced Drivetrain Group. Also, for approximately 15 years, Rodeghiero was a member of the Product Safety Committee. As a Program Manager and project engineer, Reno was involved in new product development from concept through design, prototype build, test and production startup. Reno participated in Drivetrain design reviews, and problem resolution teams for tractors, combines, forage harvesters, cotton pickers, construction and forestry equipment throughout the John Deere world wide enterprise. At Diedrichs and Associates, Inc., Reno consults on drivetrain problems, general vehicle design problems and new implement designs. Over his career, Rodeghiero has worked on a number of projects and technical investigations. The following list illustrates the wide variety of projects that Reno has worked on: • Dry Clutches Additional Information Reno has traveled to England, Germany, France, Turkey, Denmark, Spain, Japan and India for short-term special drivetrain projects. Mr. Rodeghiero also owns and operates a small farm and enjoys construction work. |
