Use of our resources allowed our client to bring this product to market in a timely fashion. This machine was a step up in size from the previously largest cut width mower.

Design Process:

• Engineering design of the complete machine: chassis, fuel tank, mower decks, hydraulic deck drives, hydraulic system cooling and reservoir design, and all sheet metal/plastic covers
• Prototype build of seven complete machines
• Testing of prototype using field and accelerated durability tests

Machine Details:

• Extended deck width from 5 ft to 11 ft
• Increased power from 28 hp to 50 hp
